Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website or ordering any products. By using our website and or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
TERMS OF SALE
If you are ordering from the UK, then you can use our standard delivery or next day delivery through Royal Mail Signed For service.
Our standard delivery is through Royal Mail First Class post, once we receive an order we aim to process and dispatch within 48 hours to UK Mainland addresses, so we say please allow 4-5 days for your order to arrive. No tracking is available on this method of delivery.
Next Day Signed For Delivery
The next day signed for service is a guaranteed next day deliver Monday – Friday, we use Royal Mail Signed For Next Day before 1pm service. If you choose this option your order will be processed and dispatched on the same day if your order is made before 2pm, or the following day if orders are made after 2pm. These orders can be tracked via the Royal Mail website. You will need to sign for this item on delivery.
Deliveries to the Worldwide and EU addresses is available, we offer a standard delivery that can take up to 10 days to arrive. Our standard international delivery is via Airmail and is not trackable. If you wish to track your order you may do so for an additional cost.
Terms of Postage
All our standard delivery options are non trackable, however in all instances tracking is available at an additional cost, which you will find when going to checkout. In the unlikely even your item goes missing, Vivid Charms cannot be held responsible for the loss of package, we obtain a receipt of postage for every package.
If you have chosen to use trackable delivery and on the unlikely event your item goes missing; once the claim has been accepted you will receive a full refund.
We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
Items lost in post
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries and according to their terms and conditions an item is not considered lost until 15 days have passed. Therefore please allow up to 4 weeks to go through the process. For international deliveries the item is not considered lost until 21 days have passed, so please allow up to 6 weeks to complete the process.
UK Holiday Times
Please allow an additional working day for orders made over any UK Bank Holiday, Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years.
Once an order has been place, you will receive an email from us to acknowledge that your order has been safely received. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will send a second email to confirm acceptance and dispatch confirmation.
All items are subject to stock availability. In the event a product has gone out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. If all the items on your order are not available then we will cancel the order. If only some of the products are available, this will be explained to you on our second order acceptance and dispatch email. We will refund you for any items that are not available from your order.
You are able to make changes to you order up to the point at which you click on “submit order” button on the Payment section of our checkout.
All prices displayed on our website apply to UK customers and do not include postage, this will be added to the total amount due at checkout. The cost of delivery will depend on which delivery option you choose and the price will be clearly stated on the checkout process.
As we have a lot of products on our site, there is a possibility that we may sometimes price items incorrectly, despite our best efforts. If we discover an error in our price, we will contact you to inform you of the actual price and give you the option to either go ahead or cancel your order.
Currently we accept payments via PayPal, you may use your Credit or Debit card to pay via PayPal without the need to sign up to PayPal. This is one of the most welcomed and safe methods of payment available online.

We have various discount offers available across out Facebook, Instagram and other social media sites. In order to use these discounts please apply the coupon code we advertise at the checkout process.

No cash alternatives will be given.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected
We accept returns and will refund you the cost of the item providing it is unused and in it’s original packaging and condition. We will apply a refund to the original method of payment once the item has been returned. You will incur the cost of postage for all return items. In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery.
UK & EU Returns
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel your order at any time before the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning that day following the receipt of your order. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled item to us.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All gift vouchers from Vivid Charms are sent as an eGift certificate, this means the voucher is an electronic gift certificate you will receive via email as well as the gift recipient. The gift certificate will be topped up to the value you wish to purchase and can be redeemed on our online shop via a code, that can be entered in the coupon section at checkout.
Gift vouchers may only be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the voucher.
Gift voucher certificates will be valid for up to 12 months after purchase.
You cannot exchange gift voucher certificates for cash. If you loose the voucher code, Vivid Charms does not accept liability for lost, stolen voucher codes.
Vivid Charms makes every effort to display our product colours as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee tat you monitors display of any colour will reflect the same colour of the item on delivery.
Events out of our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control including Acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.
These terms and conditions and other notices elsewhere on our website contain the whole agreement between us and you relating to the supply of products. No other terms or conditions will form part of the Contract, unless agreed by us in writing and signed by an authorised Vivid Charms management.
